Hi! I am a band volunteer, and I am trying to import our current locker database into the MMO system. I downloaded your .csv file as instructed, then cut and pasted the information into the file. I was careful to remove all formatting beforehand, and yet I continue to get error messages saying there was a problem with the upload. I've followed your instructions in detail; any insight you could provide would be most helpful. Thanks!

Hello,
I am very sorry to hear that you having issue uploading into the system. The uploading process is very picky to ensure the data stays true.
You might try saving the file as a tab-delimited TXT file instead of a CSV file...that sometimes clears things up.
I have had people in the past that are using Mac computers and Excel for Mac that have had issues. We are working on finding out why that particular program is causing problems when saving TXT or CSV files.
Regardless...if you continue to have issues, please just email me at webmaster@mymusicoffice.com the file that you are trying to upload and I will figure out the issue and get the data in the system for you. I am more than happy to help.

Just making sure that the Clear Locker assignment option only includes the Student names and not any of the other fields  |

Yes...when in the OPTIONS area for lockers, clicking on the Reset Locker Assignments button will clear the locker assignments but leave everything else alone.
