Mass add and check fees

I would like a way to add and remove fees from students all at one time.  In Charms I could see a page that had all the student's listed and who had been assigned the fee.  I could then toggle something to assign or remove fees as needed.  I know that you can do it individually in My Music Office but I would like to see everyone at one time.
